THE EXPERIENCE
A relatively cool vintage, 2011 is one that highlights Chardonnay’s inherent balance between freshness and fleshiness with a precise structure. Approachable at the first encounter, there is much more to be explored behind the apparent fragrance, similar to the thematic undercurrents yet to be discovered beneath this florally vivacious painting. The Pouilly-Fuissé “terroir” is the most renowned appellation in the Mâconnais, and it is considered as the “King” of this wine region whose amazing diversity of soils gives all its complexity to the Chardonnay.
