The 1888 Armagnac “long Life”

LIMITED EDITION WITH LALIQUE

AN EXQUISITE ELIXIR

This ultimate collectible is the oldest Armagnac in the world, co-created by Pont des Arts and the House of Samalens, with only 88 carafes ever produced. Such rarity and timelessness can be matched only by the unique flacon crystal designed by Lalique more than a century ago, and the late master Zao Wou-Ki’s Chinese calligraphy

FINESSED OVER CENTURIES

The oldest brandy from France, Armagnac has been produced since the Middle Ages in Gascony. Cherished for its candid charm Armagnac has, for a long time, been gastronomy’s favourite. Distilled from wines of the 1888 vintage from Bas Armagnac, the precious eaux-de-vie has spent nearly 70 years quietly maturing in 400L Gascon black oak barrels, before being transferred to glass containers in 1957. All its qualities are concentrated and intensified. This is one of the rare witnesses of a completed era during which the necessary balance between man and nature found its realisation in this extraordinary eaux-de-vie.
