On May 14th 2014, Pont des Arts was honoured to organise an exclusive Wine Dinner with the prestigious Swiss watchmaker, Vacheron-Constantin. To celebrate this unique collaboration, the twenty guests from both sides enjoyed a cocktail at the Vacheron-Constantin Boutique in Heritage Building, Tsim Sha Tsui.

The guests had the pleasure of drinking the refreshing and intense Pont des Arts Sauvignon Blanc 2011 while discovering the new Vacheron-Constantin watch collection: Mécaniques Ajourées.

After cocktails, the guests joined the Hullett House Restaurant upstairs for an unforgettable evening in the St. Georges room. Mr. Arthur de Villepin and Mr. Thibault Pontallier, co-founders and CEOs of Pont des Arts, made an inspired speech about the proximity between the Art of winemaking and the Art of watchmaking. Mr. Arthur de Villepin explained the Art of the great Chinese Master, Zao Wou-Ki and Mr. Thibault Pontallier spoke about the wine pairing and the subtle tastes of Pont des Arts wines on top of the exquisite food from Chef Mark.

During this dinner, Pont des Arts served its wines from the 2010 and 2011 Art & Wine Collections in partnership with the great Chinese Master Zao Wou-Ki.

At the end of the dinner, the guests enjoyed one glass of this delicate liquor: the 50 Year Old Armagnac ‘Beyond Life’, born in France during the Middle Age.
